Project RISE

The RISE (Research, Inspiration, Support and Evaluation) initiative is an effort to improve quality out-of-school programs. Currently in its design phase, this system is expected to be completed by December. It will include uniform quality standards and program assessments, individual participant outcome evaluation standards, and technical assistance supports for quality improvement, and be implemented by an appropriate team of program evaluation and quality improvement professionals.
