An assemblage and coordination of existing local programs in order to more efficiently deliver services for at-risk individuals, families or communities. The partnership strives to eliminate gaps in this delivery that otherwise exist .

Service Partnership "Systems of Care" Summit

The Children's Trust hosted the Systems of Care Service Partnership Summit on Monday, March 6, 2006 with the intention of helping current Service Partnership applicants advance to the full proposal stage and also for them to network with potential partners. Over 100 attendees participated in the summit, and feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Below find the agenda for the day with links to the information provided for each time frame.
