Specific topics include practicing strategies to increase ‘good’ behavior, giving effective instructions, and active ignoring. |

• What are the different types of stakeholders and what are their interests in your evaluation?
• How do you develop an evaluation plan?
• How to setup a timeline for evaluation activities?
• What products should you expect to get out of the evaluation?
• What is the purpose of hiring an external evaluator?
• How to define the role of an external evaluator?
