While our existing providers have all attended training sessions on this new system, new providers should check our calendar for upcoming training sessions. NEW!
The new Data Tracker v1.2. Enhancements will include: Client Demographics - The data entry forms have been separated into 3 categories; Child, Adult and Other.
- The data entry and paper intake forms now match more closely.
Client Assignment - The client assignment procedure has been streamlined.
- The Start and End dates can now be modified for individual participants.
ORF tests for OOS programs - Added the ability to exempt a child from testing
- Test results can be exported to Excel.
- Added the ability to edit the last test score.
- Added the ORF Summary report.
The same useful features will still be available: - Lets you create your own user name/password (previously generated by the system)
- View newly introduced data immediately for a new client (no 24-hour wait)
- Correct data entry errors
- Open and close accounts for your agency (previously controlled by TCT)
- Improves separation between data areas (out-of-school, promotion and prevention, etc.)
- Adds multi-service sites function
- Changes monthly attendance to date range (more flexible attendance interface)
- Adds multi-session, utilization reports
- Allows providers to see reports in the same way as TCT program coordinators do
- Lets you assign multiple sites while entering data
