2007 Legislative Strategy Workshops
With an eye toward the 2007 Florida Legislature session that opened March 6 in Tallahassee, The Trust offered a series of workshops in the third week of January to explore five key areas reflective of our legislative priorities.
In all, several hundred participants attended the sessions to share their ideas and energy for promoting legislation that might benefit Florida children and families in the following areas: child welfare, children's health/child safety, children with disabilities, early childhood development and care and juvenile justice.
