The Trust places a strong emphasis on capacity building as a means of working in active partnership with funded providers and community stakeholders to support planning, implementation and evaluation of high quality programs.
The objectives of the Capacity Training and Development Division as related to particular capacity building are as follows: - Increase provider effectiveness, ability to demonstrate effectiveness and program quality and impact.
- Strengthen provider operational efficiency and customer service.
- Enhance fiscal stewardship and accountability.
- Disseminate “best practices” through capacity building and technical assistance.
- Facilitate data-informed and data-driven decision making and continuous quality improvement for providers of child and family services.
To better accomplish the goals of quality improvement and capacity building, The Trust has established an approved vendor pool for organizational capacity building services in the followings areas: - Formal organizational Assessment
