Aundray Adams joined The Trust in June 2006. Mr. Adams brings more than 15 years of social services experiences and 10 years of experience directing and supervising programs to his program coordinator position. He has in-depth experience in advocacy and working with at-risk children and families. Mr. Adams holds two M.A. degrees, one in health science from Barry University and a second in religion from Trinity International University, both in Miami.

Yuliet Alfonso joined The Children’s Trust in 2022. She began her career in public service nearly 15 years ago at the Florida Department of Children and Families. Ms. Alfonso received a bachelor’s degree in public administration from Florida International University with a minor in Criminal Justice.

Imran Ali joined The Trust in May 2014 and more recently in September 2015 served as interim president and CEO. Mr. Ali began his extensive career in social services working with Guyana’s Department of Public Assistance. In 1981, he relocated to Miami-Dade County where he began working for Florida's Department of Children and Families (DCF). At DCF he held progressively responsible positions including director of operations for all DCF programs and director of child welfare. Under his leadership, the district received a national award from the Department of Human Services in Washington, DC, for the highest number of adoptions in the state of Florida. Mr. Ali also served on President’s Clinton Adoption Committee in 1994. Additionally, Mr. Ali served as program director for the Children’s Home Society of Florida and as chief operating officer for the Family Resource Center of South Florida. He has participated in many local, state and national committees, all focused on providing children the opportunity to grow up in a safe, secure, stable and healthy environment. In 2003, Mr. Ali was inducted into the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida’s Juvenile Wall of Honor, which recognizes our community’s most distinguished child welfare leaders, advocates and experts.

Danielle Barreras is a third generation Miami native. She earned a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and American studies from the University of Miami. She also holds Florida Teaching Certificates in K-12 education with a focus on reading and language arts, along with endorsements in ESOL and gifted education, and was recognized in the Top 200 Reading Teachers in the state of Florida. After UM, Ms. Barreras spent a year abroad with an international group of young professionals organizing community relief missions throughout Italy. The experience propelled her into a decade of teaching, creating and managing extracurricular programs for children, guiding families through the county education system and hosting professional development sessions for educators across the Miami-Dade County Public School system. Since then, she's worked at Florida International University, where she developed educational initiatives and managed learning and teaching-related activities for both faculty and students. With encouragement from friends and family, she also ran The Gold-Diggers, a nonprofit that gives professional women a platform to write and produce an annual Broadway-style musical benefiting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and Meals on Wheels Program of South Florida. In her free time, Ms. Barreras loves camping, yoga and spending time with her husband and two children. She passionately believes that society as a whole is responsible for all children, and that through our collective efforts, we have the opportunity to raise all children into compassionate, mindful citizens.

Felix Becerra joined The Trust in July 2006; he manages a variety of communcations projects for The Children's Trust. These include ensuring brand consistency, production of collateral materials, web development, social media strategy, broadcast campaigns and event planning. Mr. Becerra's professional experience includes web design, collateral design, advertising, photography, print, television and event production. Mr. Becerra is a regular volunteer with local nonprofit organizations promoting the arts and environmental conservation.

Carol Brogan joined The Children's Trust in January 2016. She has held leadership roles in organizations of varying sizes with assorted missions including director of business development/training academy and special projects manager at Family Central, quality counts implementation manager at Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe, and education services manager at Miami-Dade County Head Start/Early Head Start. Ms. Brogan has been an early learning teacher and a director for child care programs in Pennsylvania and New York, provided consultation on juvenile product development, and facilitated learning and development opportunities to those in the education and social services fields. She is a member of the Association for Talent Development, from which she earned a Coaching Certificate; and is the Director of CPTD for the local South Florida chapter Ms. Brogan earned a Bachelor of Science in education from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in international administration from Central Michigan University, possesses an advanced professional CQ Certification accreditation from the Cultural Intelligence Center, and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD).

Kristin Hart joined the Children’s Trust as a Program Manager in November 2021. Ms. Hart brings over 10 years of experience in direct services involving community development, family stabilization, advocacy, youth development, and anti-trafficking efforts. She is passionate about tackling issues of injustice and oppression with a holistic, asset-based approach to help children and families reach their full potential. She holds an M.A. in International Development from Eastern University and a B.S. in Advertising from the University of Florida.
