Fatherhood Reading Squad

Focusing on the book Neighborhood Dads, this fun-loving literacy program provides step-by-step directions on how to start a reading/talking and mentoring program for dads, male role models and children. Successfully operating for five years in M-DCPS, this program will increase Dad participation to benefit children’s educational and social needs as well as expand the image of what it means to be a man. Participants will receive the book and training guide.
