Symposium for Potential is the grand kick-off event for The Children’s Trust’s first Program Management Leadership Academy which will take place in 2018. The Program Management Leadership Academy (The Academy) is a leadership development program for supervisory leaders of Trust-funded organizations serving children, youth, and families to move to the next level of personal and professional growth. Participants will learn effective strategies to handle major leadership and organizational challenges. This experience will encourage participants to interact, discover, and communicate as they build their skills to become leaders. Participants of the Symposium will be invited to apply to be a part of the Academy.

Limit two participants per organization.
Must be Trust-funded.
