Find a Summer Camp
Summer camp and summer activities are critical to keeping our children engaged, safe and learning during the time away from the regular school year. The Children's Trust, its providers and its partners strive to offer a variety of different options for all children and families including free and low-cost offerings geared toward many interests and needs and throughout all parts of the county.
Summer Youth Internship Program
Rising sophomores, juniors and seniors in high school who are interested in gaining real-work experience ahead of graduation, can look toward the Summer Youth Internship Program (SYIP), which matches students with internships at companies and organizations in Miami-Dade. The 5-week internship is paid and gives students experience interviewing for jobs, real-life projects of benefit to employers, and insight from professionals.
